Earls Place is located a short distance from the historic village of Titchfield in Southern Hampshire. The development will support 16 new dwellings, 7 of which will be provided as on site social housing.
The recently consented scheme supports a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi detached and terrace homes. Construction work will start in summer 2021.
