On behalf of my family I would like to say how pleased, if not a little sad that we have finally completed on the sale of the family home and outbuildings which my parents bought and have lived in since 1949.
Thank you for working closely with us, in what became a slightly complicated and drawn-out process due to issue with phosphate neutrality.
I wanted to ensure that our development partner would be able to do the site justice and build a high quality scheme.
Thank you for being so understanding and considerate.
My parents' final wishes were that the site should be developed so instead of just one person living in a derelict building that multiple families could live in quality homes so close to the town centre. Offer them the ability to walk to the facilities and all the hard working shops and support them and thus keep the town alive and profitable.
I cannot wait to see the new houses built on Avon Mews with the fabulous views over the Avon and yet so close to the Market Place, the centre of Fordingbridge.

Up until the date we agreed terms with Imperial Homes, we monitored several local development and construction companies. If we were to consider selling, we wanted to ensure that our development partner would be able to do the site justice and build a high quality scheme. This was even more important to us, as we were going to be living next to the construction site. We noticed that your second site in Swanmore and Bishops Waltham both oozed quality. The attention to detail speaks for itself, and the fast pace of sales clearly demonstrates that you have a good local following.
We are delighted to see the project being built, and can see that your stood by your word of using good quality materials. As a builder myself, Its encouraging that this attention to detail is seen through the development.
