Unveiling Our Largest Venture Yet: 35 New Homes in Partnership with Vivid Homes
We are thrilled to announce our latest and largest project to date – a collaboration with Vivid that will bring 35 new houses to life in Cupernham Lane, Romsey.
The development is being delivered on a site that previously featured the home of football legend, Kevin Keegan. The development will feature a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses on a site previously .
This thoughtful assortment ensures that families of all sizes and lifestyles will find their perfect home within this flourishing community. The new development, intended to be known as Rays Field in future, is supported with funding from Homes England and will include 35 new homes of which 21 will be available for social rent. The other 14 homes will be designated for shared ownership.
