We’re addressing the shortage of affordable housing in the south, building the right type of homes to meet the needs of our local communities. We’re the fifth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built over 1,500 last year (2023/24).
Of course we couldn’t do this without our strong partnerships with developers, one of which being Imperial Homes.
We’ve delivered a significant number schemes together so far, all across Hampshire, such as Romsey, Fareham, Bursledon and Portsmouth.
By working together, we can each enhance our capabilities and build lasting relationships that are essential for growth and development. And ultimately fulfil our vision of creating more homes and bright futures.
