Imperial Homes is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of land at Chalkhill Road, Horndean, in partnership with VIVID Housing, for the delivery of 38 high-quality new homes.

The development will comprise a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties, all of which will be delivered as affordable housing, including both shared ownership and social rent tenures.

The site was acquired from Metis Homes and represents our fourth successful land transaction with them, further strengthening an established and valued working relationship.

Construction is scheduled to commence in earnest this spring, with completion anticipated in summer 2028.
