How Does the Process Work?

Valuation – If your home is suitable for Part-Exchange, Spring will arrange for 2 independent estate agents to value your existing property, along with a full underwrite from Spring’s experienced underwriting team.

Offer – Based on the independent agency valuations, Spring will make you a no-obligation indicative offer. If the indicative offer works for you, Spring will arrange a formal *RICS survey of your existing property.

Agreement – Once the RICS survey has been returned to Spring, a guaranteed formal offer will be made to you. If you accept and wish to proceed with part exchange, Spring will give you £750 towards your legal fees and Spring’s specialist solicitors will begin your sale.

Choose Your New Home – With the guaranteed sale of your home, you can confidently choose your new home from our selection of high-quality properties.

Guaranteed Sale – Your sale will not fall through and we’ll take care of everything to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction.

Completion Date to Suit – Choose your completion date to suit the onward move into your new property. (subject to new build completion)

Move In – After you’ve received the keys to your new home, you can stay in your old property for up to two weeks, allowing you plenty of time to settle in.
