Situated within the Hampshire village of Medstead, near the historic market town of Alton, The Oaks was a thoughtfully curated collection of just nine homes, bringing together traditional character, carefully chosen materials and a peaceful countryside setting.

Cream window frames softened the elevations, while traditional tile hanging and stone window cills added texture, warmth and depth. The combination of materials created a timeless appearance that suited Medstead’s rural setting beautifully, balancing country charm with a clean and elegant finish.

The show home opened in 2024, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the vision for the development firsthand. At the heart of the home was a beautifully designed kitchen supplied by Elliotts Living Spaces, blending styling with practical family living. The interiors reflected the wider tone of the development, understated and designed with longevity in mind.
