The Orchards were made up of four 3 and 4-bedroom homes thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse family sizes and lifestyles. With pretty oak porches, anthracite windows and doors, beautiful light rooms with added skylights and dream kitchens supplied by Tailor Made Kitchens of Romsey.

All expertly built by our site manager Chris, who is known for his finish and attention to detail. His commitment to quality craftsmanship ensured that each home at this development was built to a high standard.
The history of the Orchards:
The Orchards is unique in that it holds historical significance to the local area, with the perimeter walls once belong to the kitchen garden of the village manor house Fair Oak Park once owned by Sir Samual Raymond Jarvis in 1893 and subsequently justice of the peace George Herbert Pember in 1902.
