A Small Collection of Homes, Quietly Tucked Away

Tucked just off Brook Lane in Sarisbury Green, The Hollies was never designed to be a large development. From the beginning, the vision was simple, create a small collection of thoughtfully designed family homes that felt settled into their surroundings from the moment they arrived.

Comprising of just five detached three and four-bedroom homes, The Hollies brought together traditional architecture, practical modern living and a carefully considered setting in one of Hampshire’s most desirable villages.

Launched in Spring 2025, the development quickly gained attention from buyers looking for something increasingly difficult to find, a small, private development with character, space and a genuine sense of home. Every property was reserved before the final stages of construction were complete, with the last homeowners moving in during January 2026.

From the outside, the homes reflected a timeless street scene of warm brickwork, traditional rooflines and landscaped frontages. Inside, each property was designed around modern family life, balancing open-plan living spaces with quieter rooms to retreat to at the end of the day.

At the centre of every home sat bespoke kitchens supplied by Elliott’s Living Spaces, combining elegant cabinetry with practical layouts designed for everyday use. Large windows and glazed doors helped draw natural light through the homes, while private gardens and generous parking added to the sense of space throughout the development.

But perhaps what made The Hollies feel so special was its location.

Sarisbury Green has long been loved for its balance between village atmosphere and convenience. With independent shops, local pubs, green spaces and coastal walks all nearby, residents are never far from nature or community. Positioned close to the River Hamble and within easy reach of Southampton and Portsmouth, the area offers a slower pace of life without feeling disconnected.

As the final homeowners settled into The Hollies in early 2026, the development became exactly what it was intended to be, not simply a construction project, but a small extension of the existing community.

A quiet collection of homes, thoughtfully built, and now fully lived in.
